Influence of Work Motivation, Occupational Health and Safety on Employee Performance of PT. Cipta Abadi Jaya Trans with Job Satisfaction as Mediating Variable

Basically, this study aims to examine and analyze the importance of work motivation occupational health safety on employee performance by using job satisfaction variable as a mediating in PT. Cipta Abadi Jaya Trans. By quantitative research design with an explanatory survey method, namely data collection questionnaire Likert scale model. The sample organic respondent is 130 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS Version 3.2.9 used tool process data. In four variables, thirteen dimensions fourty three indicators. From results it can be concluded that all variables have significant effect performance, namely: 1) Work performance. 2) Occupational 3) Job 4) satisfaction, 5) 6) mediates 7)
